One-time setup required — Publish your Google Sheet

The sheet is currently private. Do this once to make the dashboard work:

  1. Open the Google Sheet
  2. Click File → Share → Publish to web
  3. Under "Link", choose the sheet tab → Comma-separated values (.csv)
  4. Click Publish → confirm
  5. Come back here and click Refresh — done!

Note: "Publish to web" makes the data readable — it does not allow anyone to edit the sheet.
